Our close-knit team of four talented hairdressers, and one skilled beauty therapist, work side by side, like family, creating an atmosphere where every client feels at home. Each stylist brings their own flair and expertise, yet together, we share the same goal; to help you look and feel your very best. Beauty
Looking good and feeling fine is what you can expect here at Feel Good Factor. We offer a wide range of beauty treatments to help you get that up-to-date polished look or to unwind and relax in our beauty sanctuary.
Claire
Feel Good FactorClaire trained in beauty aged 17 and has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Prior to joining Feel Good Factor in 2014 she worked in a number of high-end spas and even did a stint in Italy! She offers a wide range of beauty treatments for relaxation and to enhance natural beauty. She specialises in facials, skin care and makeup. She loves educating clients on what would benefit them the most and is quick to build a great rapport. She is always learning and keeping up with the new developments in the beauty industry in order to continue giving best to clients, and to provide new treatments.
Claire is a mum of two, loves running and yoga, has an interest in nutrition and health.

Hair
Our hairdressers are all trained, and experienced, in precision and creative cutting, and can work with all types of hair. Through an individual consultation to discuss your needs and personal style and how best to achieve your desired look. We use a variety of colour techniques and our knowledge of colour depth and tone to select colours to complement your look and lifestyle.
The right cut, colour and styling can make such a positive difference to both how someone looks and feels and we want to help you find the right combination for you.
Leah
Leah always wanted to be a hairdresser, and on finishing school studied hairdressing at college, before joining Feel Good Factor, when it first opened in 2007, aged 17. She then trained under Sonja. Leah’s talented in all aspect of hairdressing, including barbering. She loves making people happy and has an eye for what clients need and what would suit them. She is creative, a perfectionist and has an eye for detail. She focuses on a thorough consultation to understand needs, but can guide a client if needed.
Leah is very family oriented and is a dedicated auntie! She strength trains at the gym and does a bit of clay shooting.

Lauren
Lauren has been here since Feel Good Factor opened in 2007. She initially joined whilst finishing school as a Friday / Saturday girl before embarking on her hairdressing apprenticeship. She focuses on building relationships and connecting with clients and making them feel good by offering a relaxing service. She’s a good listener, sensitive to the needs of clients, and can adapt approach according to what’s needed. She particularly loves seeing transformations that a full service of cut, colour and styling gives.

Lauren is a mum of two, does modern dancing, loves socialising, parties and travel.
Chloe
Chloe joined Feel Good Factor to help out for the busy Christmas season in 2015 whilst studying hairdressing at college, and hasn’t look back since. She’s grown to be a key member of the hairdressing team, and in addition to cutting, colouring and special occasion styling, is well known for her calm, patient and fun approach whilst cutting hair in the children’s salon. She also offers ear piercing.

Chloe loves being outdoors whether that’s gardening, out on her kayak or on fishing trips with her partner. She is creative with arts and recently has started kick boxing training.
Anna
Anna has been fascinated by hairdressing since school and did her school work experience in an Oxford salon. But it wasn’t until she moved to Gloucestershire in 2010 that she had the opportunity to do her hairdressing training at college. After a number of years working as a mobile stylist, she joined Feel Good Factor in 2023. She particularly loves cuts and colours that work with the natural style and texture of the hair, and are easy for clients to look after and maintain. She is also experienced in working with parents and children to help them learn to enjoy their haircuts.

Anna is a mum of three boys, loves walking her dog Coco, cycling and swimming.
